In order to improve approaches to telelearning, this platform is meant to be a contribution to the discussion about how to support the process of establishing computer and network-based learning and teaching. It serves all interested persons as a presentation and discussion platform for exchanging opinions and experiences as well as working on open questions and not jet solved problems.  |
| Objectives |
The project's main objective is to develop didactically and methodologically innovative measures of qualification for trainers and teachers, who in future are supposed to work in the area of telelearning.

| El proyecto se ha desarrollado entre diciembre de 1.996 y enero de 2.000; hemos desarrollado y evaluado 9 módulos de formación y un módulo con material de apoyo. Los módulos de formación combinan autoaprendizaje con asistencia tutorial.
